Microsoft Solitaire Collection runs daily Events where completing the challenges within the Event earns points, and there are bracelets for particular point thresholds (e.g. The last 9000 point event was April 18th, 2023. It has been observed that days with 9000 points as a maximum (like April 29th, 2022) will also unlock this achievement. Any 10,000 point Bracelets won prior to the October 2021 Title Update will not apply retroactively. You cannot replay these Events after the event has passed you cannot change your system date/time to get access to past Events. The most recent events were December 28th, 2021, May 29th, 2022, and May 28th, 2023. TL DR: These are special Events that usually only happen once or twice a year. It is unclear whether this behavior will be patched: the solution below assumes the previous time-based condition where this achievement was available to be unlocked during specific events only.
